Tone Up / Maintain (Diet Plans)

Refer to calorie page to determine the portion size. Divide your daily calorie intake allowance by the number of meals to get your portion size.

The food in the diet plan can be changed for items in the same food group only (Protein, Carbs, Fat). For example, instead of chicken you can have turkey. Instead of rice you can have potatoes. If you swop a food type (i.e. replacing turkey with pasta) you will not achieve your goal and you will be cheating yourself.
